SFA 1000 EFI EPS is the top model in the QJMOTOR quad range. It is a very well-equipped model with a powerful V2 engine with a power of up to 92.5 HP.
Proven technologies used by QJMOTOR engineers - this is what awaits you in the SFA 1000 model. QJMOTOR SFA 1000 was created to reach every hard-to-reach place in the field. It will be helped in this by independent suspension, tires with aggressive tread, increased ground clearance and, of course, an unmatched two-cylinder engine. When designing this model, QJMOTOR engineers were inspired by the best solutions used by well-known brands. Modern and technologically advanced, SFA 1000 is the most competitive offer in the 1000cc quad segment.
DRIVE SYSTEM
This model uses CVT transmissions from the well-known American manufacturer CV TECH, used by most of the well-known brands offering ATV vehicles.
The all-wheel drive system allows the driver to choose between two modes: 2WD and 4WD, which have two more options:
- 2WD with differential lock
In this case, the torque is transferred only to the rear axle. This mode works well on a hard, surface. - 2WD with deactivated differential lock
In 2WD mode, the rear differential lock can be disengaged on the rear axle This mode allows you to safely drive
at high speeds on hard surfaces and turn in a small radius without tearing up the surface, e.g. on a lawn - 4WD with front differential lock deactivated
When driving in more difficult terrain and on steep climbs, it is worth connecting the front axle, i.e. 4WD mode - 4WD with differential lock engaged
4WD mode with differential lock will allow you to get out of the muddiest terrain. In this mode, however, you can practically only drive straight ahead.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM
SFA1000 is a powerful quad that requires a strong frame and strong suspension. The frame in this model is made of steel pipes with a diameter of 32mm at the bottom and 25mm in the front. The upper part of the frame is a steel profile with a cross section of 100mm x 40mm.
The front suspension is double wishbones on both sides. At the rear, there are two powerful forged trailing arms. All wishbone pins can be lubricated from the outside. The front and rear suspension have stabilizer rods.
The Yuan gas shock absorbers in the SFA1000 feature adjustable damping and threaded spring tension adjustment.
COOLING AND VENTILATION
The SFA 1000 EFI EPS is equipped with a liquid cooling system. The Japanese Panasonic fan and efficient pump will not let you "boil" even at +40°C.
In the SFA 1000, the gearbox ventilation inlet and the air filter inlet have been moved up to the display housing, i.e. to the highest possible location. This means that the possibility of water or dust being sucked in is reduced to a minimum.
WHEELS
Aluminum wheels in the size of 14 inches are the most versatile. They are suitable for off-road and on-road riding and have a large selection of tires on the market. On such wheels, the ATV handles better due to the lower profile.
The SFA 1000 has factory-mounted rims with a beadlock system (rings that press the tire to the edge of the rim), so you can ride in difficult terrain with low tire pressure without the risk of the tire falling off the rim.
ELECTRONICS
The intelligent TFT display provides full information about the status of all systems of this vehicle, and also allows you to connect mobile devices via Bluetooth. On the display, we can use navigation from a mobile phone, monitor tire pressure and temperature in the CVT transmission.
Electric Power Steering (EPS) with three operating modes allows you to maneuver freely between trees at low speeds without extra effort.
The BOSCH EFI injection system ensures low fuel consumption, quick throttle response and easy starting at any temperature.
COMFORT
The wheelbase is 1480 mm, which allows the driver and passenger to travel comfortably with considerable luggage. The passenger seat has a backrest with handles. The racks allow for the installation of cases with a quick release system.
High ground clearance combined with independent suspension and optimized overall length provide excellent off-road properties and manoeuvrability.
ACCESSORIES
The set includes a winch with a lifting capacity of 1500 kg, which provides excellent capabilities on impassable roads.
WARRANTY AND SERVICE
One of the main advantages of the SFA 1000 model is its two-year warranty and relatively long service intervals. To maintain the warranty and proper technical condition of the SFA 1000 model, it is necessary to perform inspections every 100 hours of engine operation or 1600 km.
All QJMOTOR quads have the international ISO-9001 certificate, which means two-level quality control of parts and equipment assembly.
